About the Founder
Founder & Lead Educator
More than three decades dedicated to helping students understand, master, and enjoy mathematics, science, and standardized test preparation through clear instruction, deep subject expertise, and personalized mentorship.

The Journey
Mr. Sharma's path into education began with a Bachelor of Pharmacy in India, followed by graduate study in Pharmacology. Those early years were spent inside laboratories, learning the discipline of evidence — how to ask precise questions, design careful experiments, and interpret results without shortcuts.
From research, he moved into the classroom as a college lecturer in Anatomy & Physiology and Pharmacology, teaching pre-professional students who would go on to careers in medicine and the health sciences. That experience confirmed what would become a lifelong conviction: teaching, done well, is the most meaningful form of scientific work.
After relocating to the United States, Mr. Sharma continued his graduate studies, serving as a Graduate Assistant at Montclair State University and a Master Tutor at Bergen Community College. He went on to teach high school STEM courses at a private high school in New Jersey and to mentor students privately across mathematics, the sciences, and standardized test preparation.
Mr. Sharma is the culmination of that work — a focused academy built around one-on-one instruction, conceptual mastery, and the belief that every serious student deserves a teacher who treats their education with care.
Career Timeline
Teaching Philosophy
“Students should understand concepts — not memorize procedures. Real mastery is built when the reasoning behind a problem becomes second nature.”
Every lesson is designed to develop conceptual understanding, logical reasoning, and scientific thinking. Students learn to interpret problems carefully, build solutions from principles, and verify their own work with the discipline of a researcher.
The result is confidence under pressure, fluent problem-solving, and the kind of long-term success that carries forward into advanced coursework, standardized exams, and professional study.
Every online lesson is taught live on a professional classroom mobile whiteboard — not a small digital tablet or annotation app — so students experience the same instructional surface as a real classroom, with full derivations, diagrams, and worked problems visible at all times.

Long-Term Relationships
Many of the students who begin working with Mr. Sharma continue for several years, progressing through increasingly advanced courses — from middle-school mathematics into high school honors and AP coursework, and from foundational sciences into standardized exam preparation and pre-professional study.
That continuity is intentional. When a teacher knows a student's reasoning style, gaps, and ambitions over multiple years, instruction becomes sharper, expectations rise naturally, and the student carries a consistent academic voice with them into every new course.
Families remain because the work is serious, the instruction is personal, and the outcomes compound over time.
